When I saw this design, I felt great joy. There are so many symbolic elements on this 110x110cm silk scarf that only "insiders" know. During the dynasty, only one person in China was allowed to wear the bright yellow on the scarf - the emperor. Just like the dragon pattern. In the 5000-year history of China, there was only one empress who was allowed to wear the dragon robe for 15 short years. To this day, the dragon embodies strength, energy, a spirit of optimism and power. The strict taboo surrounding the dragon motif has long since been lifted. But it remains a popular motif for artistic works. Anyone can use it. But you need a certain mental attitude to feel comfortable with a "dragon design". The blue color is the beautiful "porcelain blue", so four porcelain sets are depicted on the corners. The floral patterns are often seen in traditional Chinese paintings and on old buildings. The hem is handmade. When you wear it, you can't really see the two dragons, they give the wearer strength and courage "in silence" 😉
